All our order are sent by our professional fullfilment party in Weesp, who will take excellent care of the delivery of your product(s).

It depends on what kind of products you ordered, but all products are packed in a box. Please choose to buy gift wrapping at checkout if you want to gift your product in a beautiful branded giftbox.

In most cases your order is still on it's way or delivered next doors. We advise you to get in contact with your neighbours before getting in touch with our costumer service. Sometimes the tracking code is not up to date yet and will be delivered the same or next day. We kindly ask you to wait two business days before getting in touch with customer service.

Our products are made of different kinds of fabric. We can never guarantee sensitivity to these fabrics. However, we will do our upmost best to give you the best care possible. Most importantly, our end works (chain and locks) are silver plated and will not decolourise.
